Typography portraits

A typographic portrait series of twelve 11” x 17” prints which sums up a chosen person cohesively and consistently. Including words, phrases, and quotes that share a little bit more about who this person is and what they are all about. 

The process

After doing research, I decided to base my project off of the lead singer of Twenty One Pilots, Tyler Joseph. I pulled together quotes and phrases that fit him best and start designing in black and white.

Version two 

I used hex codes from Twenty One Pilot's graphics and added texture and backgrounds. 

Accessibility

The last step in the process was making sure that the designs were accessible. This includes checking color contrast, font size, and legibility.
