Typeface

An original typeface inspired by the book "Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children" by Ransom Riggs. Starting from hand sketches to digital deliverables.

The process

I started by sketching the typeface in my sketchbook, and filling them in with a sharpie. I then scanned the images to make them digital and manipulated the letters to make them more consistent.

The final product

I then used images from the book to present the typeface in a unique way. Throughout the process, I learned how to turn physical artwork into digital artwork and manipulate it in Adobe illustrator.
